    A large flour tortilla filled with seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese and red sauce. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

    1/2 lb. of ground beef and smoked pork belly cheeseburger stacked high with ham, bacon, slices of avocado, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Served with french fries.

    Strips of skirt steak served with Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guacamole, jalapenos and corn or flour tortillas.
